I was recently interviewed on the Dear Menopause podcast where I talked about how I changed my unhealthy drinking habit.
We chatted about how I had got to the stage where I didn’t like the direction my drinking was headed, and started looking into why alcohol had such a hold on me.
This led me to learn how to make alcohol small and irrelevant in my life, which has been a game changer.
The need to change

🔥 Realising that alcohol was making my perimenopause symptoms worse. It was adding fuel to the fire (hot flush pun intended!).
🤔 Knowing that my drinking was doing more harm than good but not being able to change.
