Worried about what drinking is doing to your health?

For years we’ve been told that drinking in moderation is good for our health but a new report shows that it is NOT true.

The comprehensive scientific report analysing more than 100 studies showed that drinking (even in moderation) doesn’t have health benefits … in fact having even two drinks a day significantly increases your risk of health problems.

Why I didn’t need research to know drinking wasn’t good for me

I didn’t need a scientific report to realise that alcohol was not a healthy addition to my life.

My own personal experience (a scientific study of one, if you like!) showed over and over again that it was doing harm:

  • Poor sleep
  • Hangovers
  • Lower energy levels
  • Hazy memories of the night before
  • Impact on fitness
  • Menopause symptoms were worse
  • Moodier and more anxious
  • Weight gain
  • … and the list went on

I knew my drinking wasn’t good for me and, if you’re reading this, you are likely the same.

You know that the way you’re drinking isn’t doing you any favours.

But how do you gain back control?

If you’ve tried and failed at moderation you may think it’s difficult to take back control of your drinking.

However, you can change your relationship with alcohol without feeling like you’re missing out.
